I wonder if they could do something like this with intermodal containers too
It's theoretically possible but for a lot of freight, a consistent logistics chain is more important than speed, and it's more efficient to move large volumes with low speed than small volumes with high speed (due to how kinetic energy scales)
yeah, I guess this is more about eating into domestic air freight/parcel service
