For real if he's going to do this, why not at least do it from an account just named X? It would be the same amount of effort and would look only a fraction as pathetic

He does too I'm pretty sure; Elon had at least one alt, one where he weirdly roleplayed as his own kid

I've also long been convinced he has at least one account on reddit (because no way that imbecile doesn't)

I feel like nobody really talks about how Melon has the power to do this. It makes him even more of a fucking creep than people realize.

Cause you know he fucking does.

Not gonna lie, I'm not sure he's smart enough to do it without getting caught. If he was like a real evil genius, with no moral qualms and the intelligence to match his bank account, he'd have his own team of highly paid, specialized coders that goes in with him whenever he buys a site up to install algorithmic tweaking and privacy invading type administration under the guise of standardizing his digital properties or whatever. Twitter was basically a respected news media platform; He could've been tweaking trends to manufacture consent for obscene levels of profit making on the stock market, monitoring DMs for business secrets, elevating his status to that of an untouchable business magnate. Instead he fired everybody off and made some h1b visa slaves platform his meme posts. Maybe he's spying on Grimes, but he's so sloppy, that I feel like if it was en-masse I think we woulda heard about it by now.

Meanwhile on Lemmy:"Omg, Margot, don't you have anything better to do with your free time and why are you in like every thread?"

I'm just here to haunt Hexbear until they give me more big, annoying emojis of myself.

        OooooOOOOOOOoooooo

I get that she's always had a large following, but it really feels like suddenly everyone is talking about Swift again after 10 years of not really hearing much

In the last year she's put out a new album, and re-recorded and re-released an old album, not to mention her ongoing tour. She's definitely doing a bunch of shit to generate the noise

Yeahhhh the lyrics arent the greatest, but I remember years ago the melody would get stuck in my head.

            Guilty pleasure, I guess.

Hey, like what you like, I listen to Tool sometimes, so I'm not shaming anyone. I just felt compelled to mention criticism of it because, well, I can be a little anti-social about media I guess.

I've bought out Hexbear and will be rebranding to just Hex. Charging one cent AUD per post and encouraging users to " post it out and post through it".

Posters can pay $100 CAD for a new comm. $1 USD per month for getting the mod M badge and sorting to top of posts and comments on the site. An additional $1 HKD gives them access to downvotes. This will be used exclusively by antinatalists who come to dominate the site.

A foolproof business plan. All you need is to promote the struggle session posts, and watch the income flow in from the comments!

Facebook, Kick and other platforms have tried to pay people for streaming content and that failed. I guess begging is another option, let's see if it works out.
