I believe that the leaders of some powerful unions benefit financially, maybe just for operating funds, from running or overseeing healthcare insurance companies.

      Any truly representative union expresses the character of its membership, and acab.

    If I remember correctly, the leadership of the culinary union in nevada opposed bernie for this reason

    Remember when the Culinary Union in Las Vegas did this big PR push before the Nevada caucus? Wonder how those Union plans worked for everyone who doesn’t have a job now due to Covid
