    whats the cooldown period for shrooms. I got enough for one more trip and i last tripped on the 26th

      After a week you'll only have a little tolerance, probably. After a couple you'll be fine.

      I usually do two weeks if I want the same level of effects. You can search for "psychedelic tolerance calculator", and those will tell you how much diminished the effect will be (the tolerance for LSD and shrooms is about the same, if all you can find are ones for LSD).
