The funny thing is in an actual Monopoly game always ends up with everyone quitting, because the lead player would have such a massive advantage and control over the game; by having the most money and property; that it becomes literally unplayable to play for all the other player.

I've had a few games end with one person flipping the board after two others gang up against them by trading into monopolies at the leader's expense.
This typically provokes my outcry of "NOW WE SEE THE VIOLENCE INHERENT IN THE SYSTEM!"
