My apartment is tiny and gyms are bad for obvious reasons. Anyone got s bodyweight fitness app that can start at actual zero and provide progressive routines and tracking?
Home work out “get fit now” on the App Store looks pretty beginner friendly, although if you are out of shape and looking to get in shape + lose weight I’d also recommend starting a cardio routine aswell !
(Although diet is most important for weight reduction)
