My apartment is tiny and gyms are bad for obvious reasons. Anyone got s bodyweight fitness app that can start at actual zero and provide progressive routines and tracking?

I like watches with a sedentary sensor that yells at you when you don't move for awhile.

You can get that feature in $50 watches now.

Home work out “get fit now” on the App Store looks pretty beginner friendly, although if you are out of shape and looking to get in shape + lose weight I’d also recommend starting a cardio routine aswell !

(Although diet is most important for weight reduction)

you don't need an app just make a list of muscle groups: https://stevenlow.org/the-fundamentals-of-bodyweight-strength-training/

For beginners, a simple beginner routine will often boil down to:

    Horizontal and vertical pushing exercise
    Horizontal and vertical pulling exercise
    Handstand, L-sit progression
Anterior and posterior chain/hip hinge leg exercises

Thus, it would normally look like:

Push: Pushups progression as the Horizontal and Dips progression as the Vertical
Pull: Rows progression as the Horizontal and Pullups progression as the Vertical
Handstand balance as the overhead movement,
    L-sit/V-sit/manna progression as core
Legs: Pistol progression as the anterior chain, and deep step ups or shrimp progression as hip hinge
