after reading both articles, the line "Chinese imperialism led by the Xi Jinping/ “Communist Party” dictatorship" seems like weird bit of CHINA COMMUNISM BAD and not so much in line with the substance of the second article. can you explain why you posted that as a response?
Exactly because it's not talking about China as an imperialist state.
