    the big issue for trans people here is the surgeries and ongoing costs. the best thing about american trans healthcare which should be standard everywhere is you can get hrt within a week no questions asked (other than your credit card #). saved my life. barring hrt through nonsensical bullshit kills people, its not like a cis person just casually demands hrt, only trans people get on it after a huge amount of deliberation.

    argentina has recently moved in that direction though, so i am really excited to hear about people that get into trans health there recently. they have the public health and the quick wait times on hrt.
