    Yep. I was work from home in theatre (lol, industries that didn't survive....🙃) when the sub was banned and the creation of chapo dot chat began. Obviously that turned into unemployment through the summer. So I was able to be terminally online enough to 'help' with the launch of the site.

    But yeah, that was when some work with DSA labor and a bit of helping at my city food bank was really only taking up a little time.

    Now I'm using the site as it should be: occasional shitposting, and checking out other leftist memes. Unfortunately, the left spaces remaining on reddit tend to be either incredibly sectarian, unwilling to be angry, or really dead. So here I stay, for now. But the inside baseball drama is getting to be a bit....much.
