    I hate it. The first few months were very similar to the old sub. Mostly lighthearted, I lol'd at a lot of the posts and comments, and disciplined marxist analyses. Basically everything that I want. Now everything is so negative, cynical, drama, etc.

    I realized old chapo is magic you can't recapture twice. Because of its location on reddit you had a variety of users. Normies, Suc Dems, and real leftists. I think that weird mix kept everyone out of their own ass. The mods were also nowhere to be found much of the time which is always nice.

    Sigh.

      I think chapo's position within reddit was essential because chuds provided a clear external enemy to dunk on, send ppb to, etc

      now that chapo is on a site with only chapos and the occasional raid it's created the conditions for us to eat ourselves alive
