OATS
So make some oatmeal, right? That's fucking healthy, but its kind boring, and not very filling. While its still hot, stir in a spoonful of peanutbutter in order to give it some more MMMPPH. Now, its still really hot, that's kind of a problem. NOPE. Get some Instant Frozen Berries from the fridge (I do strawberry/blackberry/raspberry usually, you can get big bags of the stuff for cheap if you know where to look) Plop a couple of those in, stir it around, and now its edible-temperature. BUT WAIT, one last thing, its kinda pricey, but drizzle a little bit of B-Grade maple syrup on there, and you've gotta meal. (B grade is actually better than A-grade, it was more nutrients and healthy phytochemicals in it that do your body good, its rated 'B' because its darker than 'A' grade. fucking idiots came up with that, right)
