I've always thought Fluttershy was the Richard Nixon of the group.

Y'know, kind to animals. Softspoken. Able to see past appearance or reputation to unconditionally accept others for who they really are. Easily frightened. Willing to wield the tremendous power of the modern nation state to spy on rivals and prolong genocidal wars for their own gain.
