Pretty sure the joke is that Brace has been banned from Twitter for some time and his alts have been consistently banned on sight for advocating violence. To get around this with the TrueAnon account they very cheekily claim it is operated by "Mehmet in Egypt" who is employed as an independent contractor to operate a podcast's Twitter account professionally. The joke being that Brace is really fucking poking the bear lmao
