I have a friend that seems to be a long term migrant as well at this point. I don't know if I could bring myself to leave the US forever - I've got a guilt complex about abandoning the work I've been doing trying to build socialism/revolutionary potential here, but it's such a cool opportunity and would likely benefit my mental health to see a different way of life for a while.
