Red Star, Emerge, and Red Caucus are all local caucuses for SF, NYC, and Portland. Communist Caucus is a national caucus but most of the members are in CA i believe? You can join the communist caucus if you can get 3 other people to join with you from your chapter and plan out what you'll be working on.
I'm trying to get more involved first but I want to start one in my city. Also why are these caucuses separate?
