As a logo maybe, as a flag it's a bit too complicated. Too much detail overlaid at one point, too complex - you don't generally use human faces on flags for a reason. Imagine trying to reduce the size, you'd lose all the detail and it'll look awful.
Truthfully looks like something you'd use for a fash coffee brand, or for your inter-militia league softball team. It'll look fine on the back of a t-shirt, I guess, but as a flag it's pretty trash.
Idk, from a vexillological perspective it's still a banger of a design. It's well-stylized, nothing too complex–outside of maybe the Capitol building in the background, the colors are complementary (and there's not too many colors), and the symbolism (while trash) is made clear and concise–even having 4 stars reprinting the 4 people that died (I assume).
It sucks that whoever designed this is fash. I wanna find them and de-radicalize them...

Yeah this is still going to look sick on a flag, give it a year and I expect we'll see a lot in those rallies because of how nice of a design it is.
