Seriously, I told this story on Reddit a couple of days ago but I broke my femur in a car accident and was given only Tylenol 3s the whole time at a Texas hospital. Meanwhile I ripped my ACL in a surfing accident and was given morphine like the instant I was in the ER. That was not a way to find out that I wasn’t the only one. I should mention that I’m a dark skinned Latino man.
