Sounds exactly like how things were on the Bungie.net forums when Halo 3 was the big thing.
the destiny subreddit is constantly just a flood of the exact same complaint without any actual substantive discussion. and then whenever people ask for more discussion there's always at least one guy saying "hey, have you seen the bungie.net forums? at least we're better than that"
