    Whoever mentioned the pyramid approach to things like squats and pushups recently, thank you very much.

    It has noticeably helped me deal with plateaus with those exercises, and I now have a date with a fit older lady in a few days. She was saying I looked like I was losing weight and packing on muscle more.

    And aside from all that good stuff, I just feel less shitty when working now, because I crank out a pyramid before breakfast.

    I have biceps! Little ones. I noticed them today when I was brushing my hair in front of the mirror. I'm happy with that progress. My triceps on the other hand... They simply do not exist

      The only tip I can give is I usually pan recipes for the week and while I'm adding ingredients to the list if I know something at the store has more than what that recipe needs I'll use Supercook to find stuff that uses that so the food doesn't go bad.

      You might want to ask in today's thread since its nutrition themed. Someone might have an actual resource instead of just advice.
