I follow him on twitter and he consistently is posting lgbt positive stuff wrt to trans people, asexual/aromantic, and others.

He’s pretty critical of right wing stuff, tho usually not this full throated (at least on twitter, I’ve never read his books beyond the titles. He has posted some “unfollow me if you think x” things tho).

He usually takes a very “love can conquer all” kind of idk “hippie-ish” vibe when posting, for lack of a better word, but it seems very earnest and doesn’t really jive with right wing sensibilities
