Liberal feminism is all about ensuring that everyone has to live under the absurdly dehumanizing restrictions that society, both under capitalism an the past, places on women; including that those conditions remain on women going forward. Its the same mentality as the "But if we forgive the student loans that hurts all the people who paid it off!!!"
It's kind of like the Matt take that the suffering is assumed, the one political question liberals can imagine is whether it's directed towards the worthy or not.
