    Indie game development is extremely competitive with the majority of games making a loss.

    This developer (wrongly imo) thinks that the space x brand is strong enough to make his game a safe hit instead of one of the thousands of also rans.

    While there is definitely an element of bootlicking here; making 20% of the next kerbal space program is actually a better outcome than the average indie game dev could hope for.

    How anyone can exist in the state of this industry and not become socialist is beyond me.
