Shocker, I know

Read, :LIB: https://2018.navalny.com/en/platform/

The program includes, but is not limited to:

  • Privatization, including medicine and pensions funds ( See what's happening in Ukraine after their medical system was privatized in post 2015 reforms), "To reduce state involvement into the economy as an owner and an operator."

  • Deregulating business and tax cuts (bc fuck the workers amirite I LOVE small business owners),

  • "transition from oligarchic to social capitalism." If you ask nicely, the oligarchs will give up being the ruling class and be subservient and pay taxes

  • " Hundreds of billions of rubles that Russia spends on wars in Syria and Ukraine should rather be spend on improving the quality of life back home." :who-must-go:

  • "Russia needs a visa regime with the countries of Transcaucasia and Middle Asia. Migrant workers should arrive on working visas, and not uncontrollably like they do now." Fuck brown people, they don't live horribly after the break up of the USSR and forced to be migrant workers.

OHHH and my favorite of all,

"Conduct a lustration. " right wing witch hunt in a presidential program ,
:panting: :panting: :panting: used against communists after the collapse of the eastern block, recently carried out in Ukraine after the 2014 "revolution" against any political dissidents (ended up destroying the centrist party and banning the communist party + murder and kidnapping but who's counting those lol)

As a chapo previously linked, here is a leftist thread on Navalny's fascistic leanings

If you know Russian, watch this, summarizes my view pretty well, by a marxist. Here's the same but in text format, for your google translate needs

Obviously, Putin is a heck. Fuck him. But if I see a leftist support Navalny, that leftist should probably follow this on tw*tter.

P.S. Here's another hot take: China doesn't have concentration camps BUT Russia certainly kills of all opposition that threaten Putin. Why? Well the German Military said it was novichok, so novichok it is.

Why does the media kee refering to him as the opposition leader anyway, is it not the communist party who makes the opposition in russian parliament.

manufacturing consent what's that? Pretty much any media coverage on Russia, is worse than western coverage on China, and only slightly better than the DPRK. A chance westerner gets any objective information is close to zero

Guaido was at least an MP. Navalny is closer to Alex Jones in terms of political support.

Because the communist party (КПРФ) is controlled opposition, and does not actually pose a viable alternative to Putin's government? I'd be glad if we had a functioning communist party, but Zyuganov ain't it.

It is more of a "lesser evilism" support, because liberal opposition is absolutely hated by majority of Russians, while Putin present himself as defender against them.

The communist party of communist Russians is to the communist party of Russia is what Party of Communists U.S.A is to Communist Party of the U.S.A is.

Aka revolutionary ml parties that split from the main party due to the revisionist-reformist tendencies of the main party's leadership

All you need to do is :vote: to get the oligarchs out. But seriously oligarch influence over the Russian government is insane. There is a common misconception that "Putin reigned in" oligarchs. IMO Putin is actually unbelievably weak, only being able to pacify competing oligarch groups, by offering concessions like promising not to nationalize and not implementing progressive tax rates on super profits, in return for oligarch support and them paying taxes. They have direct access to the government. Unlike the working class in the country, the oligarchs know their position, organizing into an organization which has directly has the power to make the executive branch of government implement certain policy (They literally can call Putin in for meetings and have ministers answer their questions, it is fucked. Think Mark Zuckerberg in congress but switched around, with Zuckerberg being a Minister and the congress Panel being a panel of representatives of Oligarchs.). That is why, any Russian president will likely be a useless shit, as even someone like Putin, who apparently is a DICTATOR and a strongman, in reality has no fucking power. Sorry for the rant, it is just so fucking bleak :sadness:

I fuckin wish. He seems like a slightly more competent guaido but with worse politics.

Well if he gets into the Kremlin it's because putin was to busy crushing left opposition to his regime.

Beyond the numerous poisonings of various former intelligence officials and their families like Skripal and Litvinenko, there is also the murder of Boris Nemtsov who used to be an opposition leader which, while officially it was blamed on some rando, is suspicious. There is also Denis Voronenkov who was a member of the communist party there and was murdered after he left Russia because he was persecuted for criticising intelligence services or something like that. It was also not officially ruled to be an FSB murder but is also widely suspected to be one. I'm pretty sure there's more too but I can't remember them now.

After his privatizations caused living conditions to worsen, Yeltsin told russians to eat shit and drank himself to death. Putin blamed the west(understandable tbh). If Navalny comes to power, once his privatizations caused living conditions to worsen, he will blame the muslims
