There are two text input boxes, one for archiving a link and one for searching the archive for a link.
Paste the link into the correct text input box and click the button next to it. When uploading to the archive, it can take a while so be patient.
After the uploading starts or you've found an already archived link, there should be a link in the body of the web page that matches what is in the address bar. That's what you'd use when creating a post.
