i remember the DS version of lego star wars corrupting my save during one of the vehicle levels
It was a buggy mess. I can remember not being able to enter the last level in free play, so I could never 100% complete the game.
i have a spongebob ds game and i felt i was either stupid or legitimately softlocked.
Oh man, Gameboy Color cartridges, that does take me back

What the fuck's a DS
NOBODY TALKS ABOUT WARIO: MASTER OF DISGUISE. I loved that game as a kid, but some of the costumes were literally impossible for my childhood brain to draw and at a certain point it took me ten minutes of swiping frustratedly to finally luck out and get the costume I wanted. The enemies were so fucking weird in that game too, literally every single one.
obscure pokemon themed educational game that teaches youngsters to code
Recently found my Gameboy Color and felt the same way. Great system.
The DS is pretty damn rad too.
I've never played any of these games but have been looking into those bootleg cartridges that have a bunch of games on them. Also where you get that tiny book? I wanna feel like a giant when reading.
Flash carts are great. The high-quality ones can be expensive but they should play pretty much any game without a patch to remove DRM.
Been watching a channel called modern vintage gamer I think that talks about these. I'd do it myself but lack the computer and knowledge. Keep hearing on how some have a sell by date but with the right code can by pass it. These would be great because some games are hard to come by.
