I think the spider network episodes might be the peak. Even though a lot of it was history I was mostly familiar with, something about that last episode about Hitler really hit me in a way I didn't expect and still think about. The "Wotan" shit and all that can seem goofy but at the end of that episode I felt like I could see the forces they were talking about oozing out the walls. None of that shits gone away, post-fascism really does seem like the only way to describe the world now.
I form most of my ideas about america through podcasts, so i'm choosing to believe that thats just how cities are over there. No one can change my mind.
I was super stoned when I listened to that episode and all I could make out was that line and the knife hidden up the ass bit.
My favourite episode is when Vincent Bevins came on to talk about Bolsonaro and his book, The Jakarta Method.

I am a huge fan of oral history in general, so I found the most recent episodes with Norman Finkelstein to be excellent, especially the first part.
Their Christmas episode about the yeti was a lot of fun, and really got me back into it.

I'm a fan of their episode on the 2016 primaries as well as their stuff on Davos and the new economic order stuff
I like the Koch’d Up episodes and the Palantir episode. Don’t have to be knowledgeable of the Epstein-verse for those.
I liked the one with Mark Ames on the post-Soviet reconstruction, and the one with Mike Davis on the all-encompassing nature of the danger the US finds itself in. The 2nd one’s probably not ideal if you’re in a bad place mentally
