I sometimes want to play DE, but I know it got hostile taken over by libs and I live in Germany where torrenting is illegal + I have never pirated anything in my life and idk how to do that, and I imagine it would be harder to do on Linux anyway. Or does the profit from the first installment still go to the original creators? Anyone knows?
It was for something like 6 EUR on sale not long ago, so if you're not principled about pirating you might as well go, this isn't gonna fund any yacht.

A VPN is basically all you need to pirate safely. Playing pirated games on Linux is also a pretty simple process if you use Lutris.
