What does officially released mean here? Bugsnax, as far as I can tell, was independently developed and published by the team that made Octodad. I don't think it even has an ESRB rating.
Anyway I'm not sure but I think 12,001 the Cadence of Spaghetti Pikachu is up there. Or maybe Mastaba Snoopy.

wait fuck how could i have forgotten about Tiny & Big: Grandpa's Leftovers? Great music, neat physics puzzle platforming, cool visual design, incomprehensible humor that was probably translated from German. I don't remember why I bought it but it was worth it.
