I found some Bulgarian metal that occasionally gave me Arabic vibes (this song is a good example; edit: actually this one is probably better, esp. around the 5:20 mark, and the song is overall a real testament to how weird and diverse their music is).
The album, Svarrogh - Baxas Xebesheth 1883, is just so fucking weird, I love how outdated some of it sounds. Definitely a favorite of mine
