I gave him a warm bowl of my piss to drink at least twice a week, and this is how he repays me? Some people are just fundamentally uncivilized.

If this is a Palestine analogy shouldn’t you be breaking into his home and locking the man in his own basement?

Yeah but like what if OP REALLY REALLY liked that guy's house? Then he definitely deserves it, the guy in the basement is just being entitled tbh.

I am absolutely not trying to both sides anything here. I meant that Israel is taking over the Palestinian house and putting the Palestinians in their own basement. Unless I’ve completely misinterpreted the analogy or something here.

Unless this user has been susposting lately I think you might have this one backwards. I think they're saying "I agree with everything except the implication that Israel owns the 'house'in the first place."

Okay I’m not in any way trying to condemn Palestine for fighting back here. I was trying to point out that the reality is actually worse than the analogy implied but either I’ve done so clumsily or completely misread the analogy. Either way, just to be explicitly clear: fuck Israel.

No problem, if you misread it someone else probably did too and I would absolutely not want anyone to mistake me for supporting Israel.

Obviously you need to murder him and then murder all the kids you've still got locked up in your basement. If he didn't want those kids to get murdered, he shouldn't have tried to get out of the basement.

The man in your basement should have accepted your peace offer and stayed in the basement. The tragedy he has caused must not go unavenged. Have you considered leveling your neighborhood because the man is probably hiding there?

If only the man locked in the basement peacefully expressed discontent by softly moaning and whimpering, but not so loud that he scared anyone on ground level, maybe you would have been kinder to him eventually. liberalism

What a vile, disgusting thing to say in these times where innocent civilians are being attacked! Moaning softly is accoustic terrorism and is literally the moral equivalent of Hitler.

I'm going to send a carrier to your home to back you up while you murder him and all those shitty kids you have locked in there. Do you need any money?

We stand with you in the face of this terroristic behavior.

I mean i get that they might feel aggrieved, but that's not the way to make their case to the world.

The attack on Israel was the worst attack on Jews since the Holocaust!

Much like the attack on General Custers troops was the worst attack on the USA since the Jamestown Massacre!

But of course the architects of oppression aren't the ones who face the consequences. So it would be more like the man in your basement killed your family who you didn't love anyway and whose deaths you will use to justify locking up and killing more people.

It drives me crazy that people are so concerned about the freedom of Israeli hostages like their freedom is so obviously more vital than the freedom of the millions of imprisoned Gazans.
