The IOC said in statement that Russia’s decision to claim regional sports organizations in occupied areas of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia, areas which should be under the authority of Ukraine’s National Olympic Committee, as members was a breach of the Olympic Charter.
Russian and Belarusian athletes will be allowed to participate in the Games as long as they do so as so-called neutral athletes, without an accompanying national flag or anthem.
The IOC seems to basically be just another political body serving the West.

The IOC is one of the most corrupt, shittiest NGOs around. It's a giant city-flattening bomb for displacing poor people and funneling money in to private hands using ruinously expensive sports facilities that will never be used after the olympics. It should be disbanded immediately with extreme violence. Go back to running around naked in Greece.
