I use marijuana to treat this medical condition I have in which I feel sad when I don't have weed.

How can a NEET like me earn a little money online when I'm not vigorously searching for jobs by posting on chapo dot chat?

I created an Amazon Mechanical Turk account, but the approval process will take a few days. I've tried stuff like UserTesting dot com, but I don't like being recorded.

Edit: Where's my money, Biden!?

besides the obvious terrible gig economy stuff (doordash or uber if you have a car) theres a lot of more subtle gig economy stuff that you can do entirely from home. i worked freelance on Rev.com as a subtitler and it was a terrible job dot png but i made a good amount every week. call center stuff is basically an entire job you can do from home although thats also hell. if youve got some kind of talent youre willing to let capitalism exploit, fiverr can be a less soul sucking (if inconsistent) source of income - i did a few video editing jobs through it, not entirely terrible.

I did join fiverr because I'm good at photo editing like background removal, but there were soooo many people offering those services already (and with crazy stuff like one hour turnaround) that it was discouraging.

The rev thing might be more up my alley! I like to type.

Edit: "There is currently a waitlist because we're experiencing a much higher level of interest from new freelancers. You can still apply below." :(

Try to find a little niche in your photo editing talents... something that's useful but different. Or even just find a way of phrasing it that people search often but people aren't titling their gigs as such. Also protip: You're pretty much impossible to find on search results on Fiverr unless you have sales. Make a second account and purchase your stuff and leave a review (use a VPN so you show as from a diff country). You get like 70% of the money back anyway, I did this when I was doing fiverr on the side and I started getting consistent sales not long after. Also post a timelapse (or simplified video) of your editing process on the gig, apparently Fiverrs search is horny for gigs with vids.

Another little tip that can make you some money without that much time investment is Amazon reviews. Basically search up "Amazon review group" or something similar on FB and find Indian middlemen who will send you links to Amazon products whose Chinese sellers want fake reviews for their products. Not very ethical but often the products are pretty good value for money anyway. You can make money because they refund you after a week or so of your review being published and you can then sell it on FB marketplace or whatever. You can't make tons from this or really do it full time but it's a pretty good return on investment for time... each product probably takes 30 mins of work (buying, taking pics of, posting online, selling) and you can sell them for like £10-£25. You might get banned from reviewing on Amazon though.

Alternatively do what Someone Who Isn't Me did at university and buy loads of weed cheap off the dark web and sell most of it so you can smoke for free
