How can I make myself not hate oats after like the third day in a row of eating them for breakfast?
If savory, with chicken stock and some leftovers. If sweet, brown sugar and cinnamon and whatever fruit I have lying around although the fruit isn't always a guarantee.
I'd try switching up the toppings and prep method or try having them in cereal or over yogurt. I've never had overnight oats before so I'm going to give that a try because I also can't handle regular oatmeal more than a couple of days in a row haha.

My weight fluctuates 1-2 kilos every week even when I weigh myself at the same time of day every time :bean-think:
Yeah same, but the fluctuations have gone up. I have been training a lot more lately so it might be muscle but I also think I look a little more pudgy in the mirror.
