Which style of bullshit they had to convince someone of to get the job. CIA is careerist jingoists hired by jingoistic careerists. Political marketing companies have to sell their services to a corporation by speaking the right corporate newspeak. This affects what sort of approach and capabilities you should expect them to have. CIA is mostly going to try to find people who seem like the "right sort" and give them guns. The corporate approach is basically the same sort of folks who ran the Hillary campaign, so their capabilities are... well, about as effective as her campaign.
