    Swap rooms every two hours if you can , like couch and bed. If you get frustrated with Sleeping do something in the dark or meditate . I usually read if I spend more than 3 hours trying to sleep

      Thanks. I spent a lot of the night reading since that usually works. The medication I suspect was at cause wore off enough that about an hour later, and I was able to get a few hours of sleep.
