Same here, Kamoshidas dungeon is (purposefully) disgusting and a bit too real in places for me.
However, it feels so, so good to finally beat the shit out of him. Part of why I loved the game is that the villains are both genuinely horrible people and frighteningly realistic, and you actually get to give them what they deserve. The game never tries to portray you kicking their asses as the wrong thing to do. It's very cathartic.
Seeing everyone be afraid of him and nothing being done to protect these kids shows huge shit going on in this society. Joked about it earlier but really do live in a society.
