Sure, Palestinians are literally second class citizens and dont have the same rights as Israelis, but that doesnt make Israel an apartheid state
sure we're pushing them off their land while building settlements and sending in our military in preparation for annexation, but we're not genocidal!
Israel has a right to secure its borders, so there's no "open air prison," but also it's not a border, and so Israel can impose its own legal penalties on Palestinians.
