Yea but we basically can. There's been a really thorough investigation taken place, so at that point we should fall back to "innocent until proven guilty"
I agree with the decision to "quarantine" the accused until that investigation has taken place, but after that point there's no reason to make the wrecker's job even easier!
It's not been disproven. The investigation, from what I've seen, was asking for proof and not getting any. That still leaves all possibilities open.
