A Russian hockey player for the New York Rangers who's just been accused of beating an 18 year old women back in 2011. He also supports Navalny and denounces Putin so he's a favourite of Russia-Gate Libs.

I think Keith's suggesting those allegations are part of a Kremlin troll campaign. It's mind-boggling, but it's also the narrative that Reddit, and most American MSM, are running with.

It's not completely mind-boggling. He spoke out against russian oligarchy in general, saying something like, "If I think about problems, I am coming from a positive place, I want to change something, to have people live better. I don't want to see retirees begging."

He's also not being accused by a woman. His former coach is the one accusing him of assaulting a woman in 2011, and he came right out and said he only brought it up because he didn't like Panarin speaking out against the Russian government.

It's a serious accusation and needs to be treated as such but it's not open and shut either. It also has nothing to do with troll farms though so I don't know what the fuck Olberman is talking about.
