They claim the republicans know this will never actually work due to the first amendment, but trying will win them points with Midwest fundie boomers. Republicans actually love vidya but need grandmas vote so they ineffectually try to censor them every 10 years or so.
well I mean that's what democrats do with any kind of progressive legislation. Act as if they want it, knowing it will never pass, and then when they have power suddenly it's too far.
