Caffeine only works for so long, you need intermittent hard exercise. Your pace or reps and stuff will be shit but that isn't really the point, the point is to keep you up. Don't do walks, instead do runs, pushups, that sorta stuff. If you have a machine that won't kill you if you drop it that should be okay, but I would avoid weights generally.

Also, make sure to get daylight and fresh air. Being awake during the day will help your body think it shouldn't sleep.

dont sit down on anything you could sleep on. other than that you should be fine. two days isnt long enough for the really bad side effects to show up or to just fall asleep standing up.

adrafinil (an unscheduled modafinil pro-drug you can order online) is probably the best, legalist, mildest, least addictive option (besides maybe caffeine but caffeine has more side effects) but you would need to be able to wait for the order. also, I personally don't recommend it because sleep is good but I'll trust you have a legit reason.

this is the correct answer. Modafinil side effects are limited and not really bad. It's prescribed for narcolepsy so it will definitely keep you awake. I'm on it right now

When I do all nighters, I reset my caffeine tolerance and drink a soda in the early morning when I need it. The next day I take a cold shower, have more caffeine, and intermittently work out just enough to keep me awake. After the second noon it's usually easier. I never skipped two nights in a row though so I don't know how hard it'll get. Maybe try caffeinated milkshakes for the second day?
