Could be, but it's a pretty strange shape for a podium.
My guess is some of the people in charge of designing the podium are actual fash, I don't think it's indicative of some hidden fash cabal pulling the strings behind the scenes or whatever, at least not any more than usual.
Anyone that spends anytime in the fascist communities will see dozens and dozens of coopted norse symbols just like this one every day. Pagan communities have to keep lists of the symbols that are vague and distant enough to reference without making the error of signalling to fascists.
