I'm curious what other people use to think they wanted to do.
I wanted to be a clown, for example, which knowing just even an ounce of knowledge about the clown industry, I'm very glad I never kept that dream. It's both highly competitive, some-what expensive (if you go to clown school + props) but also a dying industry. Really a double whammy in that area.
I think the only reason I wanted to be a clown was to make people laugh, I was never really into the aesthetic of it. I mean the big shoes are pretty dope but all that other shit seems like a bit much with the makeup and stupid dotted suspenders.
i have no idea why im asking this, honestly. i just randomly thought about how insane it would have been if i was actually a serious clown, seems fucking bizarre as hell to think about now
I literally never had one. I guess my dream was to game until I wet myself.
I finally got a dream in my mid twenties (six years ago) that I'm currently back in school pursuing, which is to work at NASA. I could literally talk at you about space shit for hours without stopping, it's the only thing I've ever gotten this excited thinking about doing.
Remember there are plenty of space (tech) related employers.
