This kind of assumption is commonplace amongst the left and hugely limits our strategy. The idea that personal development and individualism are only adopted by fringe incels, as opposed to the vast majority of the brainwashed population, is just completely wrong and severely unhelpful.
Incredible and essential idea! One of my recurring ideas right now is leftist / anticapitalist counseling, and this is a related idea.

Yeah, though most people don't get started with JP and others for the politics, they get started on their "life advice", which then hooks them into all the other nonsense. This can and should be done by the Left too. So many people out there don't want to hear about politics, they want ways to salve their personal pain. And there are ways to meet people on their individual level and then take it to a political and philosophical level, which is what the Right does very well.
They'll shoot the shit on the Eat the Rich pod for a couple of minutes before they get into the topic at hand. Probably the closest thing I can think of at the moment, but I've never listened to Joe Rogan, so I could be way off
