The position of communists toward the Skripal incident is very simple: Britain is using the poisoning to further an entirely predatory imperialist campaign. Irrespective of who is responsible, this campaign must be opposed resolutely and Russia’s sovereignty defended.

I don't understand this conclusion. I will never trust the British or Russian narrative, because both countries are under the domination of grotesque capitalist regimes. So I will never know who killed this dude. The proper position is "who care".

Leftists should not be wasting their time defending a capitalist hellscape like modern Russia under the guise of "anti-imperialism"... and yet quite a few seem to devote all their time to it.
