I'm bothered by how addictive bad food is. I had no trouble quitting smoking but I can't manage to cut down all the fat and sugar I eat. Not even just a little and certainly not enough to make a difference.
I had/have the same issue. I just can't have it around. I've done a good job of making most of my food now instead of eating out (partly for health, partly cus I'm broke) but that means I just can't have unhealthy things laying around or I just hoover them down.
Bruh I'm the same way. If its in the house, I'll fucking binge it. I often walk around grocery stores chanting to myself "I don't want it, I don't need it" on repeat, so I don't buy those new gluten free oreos.
