A local small business owner was accosted by some teenagers (one of whom is a "hippie" that probably smokes marihuana) with a large dog (probably a pit bull) while wearing his monster costume and doing a night time tour of old mill he wanted to buy. They ripped off his mask at the end of a twenty-minute caper and forced him to admit that he would have "gotten away with it" except for the miscreant efforts of "those meddling kids."
