oh awesome! apparently, we've gotten really good at modifying yeast to grow the proteins we want when I wasn't looking.
Oatmilk white sauce with three tables spoons of this and teaspoon of mustard is my go to faux cheese sauce. I sometimes add some grated violife cheese but it's not necessary.
It goes really well with mushrooms as well.
