Southwest Washington police sergeant died of on-the-job fentanyl overdose, medical examiner says

Sgt. Richard Kelly was found unconscious in his office in August. The drug use that caused it was likely intentional, officials said.

Not mentioned in the title: he was snorting confiscated fent.

Also this is a cop from the town all the Proud Boys who came to Portland in 2020 live in.
